Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders containing Ready Stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders containing On-Demand Stock items may require additional preparation time of 3–21 business days depending on the brand and model selected. Please check individual product listings for stock availability. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on order value and fulfilment logistics. In some instances, orders may require additional handling time prior to dispatch.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

European Union: 3–5 business days International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all orders once dispatched. You will receive your tracking information by email.

Customs & Duties
All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-paid with no hidden customs fees. For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
