Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At Crofter, every watch we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from official EU distributors, and supplied in its original packaging with full manufacturer documentation and a two-year warranty.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at crofter.watches@tutamail.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence.
We will review the matter promptly and resolve it through replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
To help us resolve shipping-related issues efficiently, we kindly ask that any such issues are reported within this timeframe.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving their item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, please contact us at crofter.watches@tutamail.com within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs under the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order in accordance with the policy above and place a new order separately.
Warranty
All Crofter watches are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
